Chip & Pin Credit Card Processing for US & Canada
RB Pool and Spa Software is now utilizing the Chip & Pin credit card technology for processing credit card payments.

SCP Integration
RB is integrated with the Pool Corp system. The integration allows users to electronically submit purchase orders from RB Pool and Spa Software directly to Pool Corp, and create purchase orders on the Pool Corp site and pull them in to RB. You can electronically review orders; back orders and accounts payable line items which will streamline communications between you and Pool Corp. Another aspect of the integration is the ability to mass import all new inventory items and mass update costs on all existing inventory items. The Pool Corp and RB Pool and Spa Software integration improves quality control and efficiency.

Email Service Integration
Sending promotions and keeping in contact with your customers via email is a cost effective advertising method. It is important to use an email service, such as Mail Chimp, to send out e-blast promotions and newsletters. Mail Chimp is free for up to 2,000 addresses and very low cost if you have over 2,000 email addresses. Mail Chimp makes it easy to create the mailings, enables you to set timed mailings, organizes multiple types of customer lists, and keeps you in line with the rules for allowing all recipients to opt out.

Open Street Maps Integration
The integration to Open Street Maps provides you with directions to your customer’s homes that are automatically saved in the system and updated to service call slips and itineraries. Open Street Maps is FREE and will optimize the daily routes for your employees working in the field.

NEW Warranty Tracking
Track warranty items and repairs from start to finish in the warranty tracking module. To create a new warranty claim select a customer, vendor and item from inside the warranty form. A sales order to take care of the customer and a returned goods orders to work with the vendor will automatically be created. Track parts needed, scheduled appointments, prorated customer payments, and vendor credits.
